A summer salad with a long tradition - meanwhile a specialty in the hobby garden. Goes back to the French-speaking variety “Blonde du Cazar” (1905). In 1956, Kampe gave the “Wunder von Stuttgart” considerable importance for the market. Forms extremely tender, large, yellow heads that shoot late. Very fine and bitter-free taste.
